Returns

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
